1. What's the catch? Do you really give these graded cards away?
100%! It is crucial for compliance that we follow all Sweepstakes laws in conducting our giveaways. Our procedures are in line with legal requirements and overseen by our partner. Transparency is key, with past winners and prizes available for review after Giveaway #1.
2. How do I enter the giveaway?
Each purchase grants automatic entries into our giveaways. Specifics for alternative entry methods are outlined in our official rules.
3. What are the requirements to win?
Winners must:
- Be a legal resident of the United States or Canada
- Be over 18 years old
4. Who chooses the winner?
At the conclusion of each giveaway, all entries are submitted to the sweepstakes partner who performs a randomized computer drawing to determine the winner. Once the winner's information is received, direct contact is made and the announcement is shared on our website, social media, and email. Our process is completely transparent and certified for fairness.
5. When do you announce the winner?
Winners are usually announced within 5-7 business days after the giveaway deadline.
6. How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. During peak business or seasons, slight delays can occur. We have numerous distribution centers so some items are unable to be consolidated into a single shipment or delivery fee. Once shipped, standard USPS, UPS or FedEx times apply.
7. What is your Refund Policy?
Due to the nature of sealed and mystery pack products, we do not accept returns. We guarantee that all products are 100% authentic. If you order apparel, please refer to the sizing charts in the product descriptions to order the correct size.
8. Incorrect Address, Return to Sender, and Carrier Shipping Times
Shipping Times:
Please take into consideration that although our website may list shipping time frames, these are merely estimates and not promises. After a package is dispatched, it is beyond our control to ensure the delivery date.
Gem Mint Society LLC cannot be held liable for the timing and/or quality of any shipping service. If you experience an issue, please reach out to use and we will work on a resolution.
Incorrect Address:
We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout by the customer or packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer. Customers must ensure their address is correct during the checkout phase. Unfortunately, if an order is sent to an incorrect address, we cannot reimburse you if your order does not make it to you.
Return to Sender:
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we will reach out to you by email. You will have 30 days to respond to that email or contact us about your missing package. If we do not hear from you, your order will be automatically voided.
